Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (ATSG) recently delivered its first A321 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion to Warsaw Cargo, a new air cargo operator based in Warsaw, Poland.
This aircraft, certified by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), marks a significant step in ATSG’s global expansion.
ATSG is a provider of cargo aircraft leasing and air cargo transportation. The acquisition supports Warsaw Cargo’s mission to provide reliable cargo services across Europe.
A321-200PCF Freighter Conversion
The A321-200PCF is a modern narrowbody freighter designed for efficiency and versatility. The single-aisle aircraft was converted through 321 Precision Conversions. This is a joint venture involving ATSG.
The converted aircraft aircraft offers a containerized main deck, excellent fuel efficiency, and a payload capacity of up to 27 tons.
Its design is ideal for time-sensitive shipments in high-density, short- to medium-haul markets, making it a valuable asset for regional air cargo networks.
Todd France, ATSG’s Chief Commercial Officer, emphasized the company’s commitment to growth. “We’re expanding our global leasing fleet with high-performance, fuel-efficient aircraft to meet our clients’ needs,” he said.
“This delivery strengthens our international strategy and supports Warsaw Cargo’s goal of expanding cargo services in Europe.”
