The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the notification for the 14th Common Recruitment Process (CRP RRBs XIV) for Regional Rural Banks. The online application process began on September 1, 2025, and will continue until September 21, 2025. A total of 13,217 vacancies have been announced for Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I, II and III posts. Interested candidates can register through the official website — ibps.in. The recruitment process will include preliminary, mains, and single examinations depending on the post, followed by an interview for certain positions. Provisional allotments are scheduled to be made by February–March 2026.

IBPS PO Eligibility criteria
Educational qualification and age limits as on September 1, 2025:
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Graduate in any discipline, 18–28 years
- Officer Scale I: Graduate in any discipline, 18–30 years
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Graduate with 50% marks + 2–3 years’ experience, 21–32 years
- Officer Scale II (CA): Chartered Accountant from ICAI + 1 year experience
- Officer Scale II (Law): Law degree with 50% marks
- Officer Scale II (Marketing): MBA in Marketing + 2 years’ experience
- Officer Scale II (Treasury Manager): CA or MBA in Finance + 2 years’ experience
- Officer Scale II (Agriculture): Graduate in Agriculture or related field + 3 years’ experience
- Officer Scale II (IT): Graduate in IT/related field with 50% marks + 2 years’ experience
- Officer Scale III: Graduate with 50% marks, preference for specialised qualifications + experience, 21–40 years

The recruitment will be held in different phases:
- Preliminary Exam (for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I)
- Mains Exam (for all posts)
- Single Exam (for some Officer Scale II & III posts)
- Interview (for Officer Scale I, II & III)
- Document Verification
Exams for Office Assistants and Officer Scale-I will be conducted in English, Hindi, and regional languages. For Officer Scale II & III, exams will be held in English and Hindi (except the English section).
